Houston Galleria Surgery and Medspa

From the moment I came I to request information about the surgery, the staff was very friendly and professional. I spoke to Dr. Ikeda and he was very professional and comfortable to talk to about the procedure. I came in a month before surgery, pre-op time, and Janet was so helpful. She explained EVERYTHING with so much detail and with patience about my mommy makeover surgery. They called me 2 weeks before to give me info about the surgery center, time of arrival, what to have and what not to have. After surgery, they transferred me to their recovery home where I was taken care of by three amazing and compassionate ladies: Maria, Judith, and Monce. They took really good care of me, kept up with all meds and fed me very well. I was in the recovery home for three days and at all times, I was cared for. I was released and went home and continued my recovery there. One service I do recommend after surgery and as soon as you have the first follow up appointment, is the IV vitamin boost. That treatment literally saved my life and it helped me feel so much better afterwards. Over all, I was very pleased with the doctor and the staff.

I went to Dr. Marcos Ikeda for a much needed breast reduction to help with chronic pain. I also got tummy tuck and liposuction because of my weight loss and having two kids I had so much loose skin that it made me feel so insecure about my body. I am incredibly happy with my results and the quality of care from him and his staff who were very friendly and made you feel welcomed they are truly angels. I never felt I was alone or forgotten. The first day I stepped out of surgery the manager and nurses were consistent in checking up on me and they helped me with every step of my healing journey. I’m so grateful to have had the best care. Dr. Marcos was excellent. Very professional and courteous. He did an amazing job on my family member and walked me thru his process once he was done while I waited in the lobby. They gave me care instructions and everyone was very nice. Would highly recommend.
