The girls here were so nice! Explained everything thoroughly, worked quickly and efficiently and made sure I was always comfortable. They were also really nice to my daughter that I brought with me. :)

I got my first lip filler in Nov with Dr. Upton and my follow up with Kara on 12/07. I've gotten compliments, more self esteem, and smile more. These ladies are great. Professional, kind, they heard/addressed my concerns. I also like that they give a more natural look when it comes to enhancements. This is 💯 the place to go! Oh, and they also throw a great holiday party every year😉

Before I made an appointment, I researched micro-needling in New Braunfels. One session costs $250, and there was a special for $550, so I thought that would be a good deal. When I pay for higher-cost skincare treatments, I expect a professional, friendly, attentive, personable, and relaxing experience. I made an appointment and filled out the paperwork. Right away, I noticed that the paperwork was just typical forms and didn’t include any personalized questions about my skin concerns or skin care. When I arrived for my appointment, I was put in a room, and the employee applied numbing cream to my face. I then sat for 30 minutes before the procedure began. During the micro-needling treatment, I felt the needles immediately—not just on my forehead but also on my chin, cheeks, and nose. It hurt pretty badly. I had this treatment done before and never experienced pain like this. Afterward, I confronted the employee at the front desk, and she said they don’t apply too much cream because it’s poisonous. However, in my previous experience, I never had any pain and felt completely relaxed. This experience made me sad, and I regret trying this business. I recommend that, since this is the more affordable option in the area, you take your business elsewhere. You get what you pay for. I would describe this salon as having a "puppy mill" approach—getting you in and out quickly without caring about you as a person, only focusing on making money. I’ve learned my lesson, and I hope you can learn from my experience to avoid wasting your money here.

I have been going to the Uplifting Medi Spa for at least 6 years. From the moment I walk through the door to the moment I leave, the entire staff makes me feel like I am family. The treatment I received today was Botox and it was executed flawlessly! I always leave there looking and feeling beautiful! I will be a customer for life!

I’ve been getting lip filler and botox at various places over the past two years and I just want to say, this was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had! Jen Upton and the entire staff were EXTREMELY kind, thorough, and caring. Jen walked me through everything, offered suggestions, communicated the process, and explained why she was suggesting different things. Truthfully I’ll never go somewhere else again. This experience topped every other experience I have had by a long shot, and I am extremely happy with the results. My friend Rylee works there and had recommended this place to me, and I will forever be grateful!! This was the first time things had actually been explained to me and suggestions had been given. As someone who knows very little about injections and had jumped around, this was an absolutely fantastic experience for my first visit at this business. To the entire staff, thank you for such a wonderful experience!
