Dr. Lugo is the absolute best. He was very generous with his time in making sure all of my concerns were addressed. I had zero post surgery pain and no follow up issues. As an aside, Dr. Lugo is the only doctor that encouraged me to workout as soon as I felt comfortable to do so. His explanation as to why working out sooner than later after the procedure makes perfect sense and was key to my fast recovery. Other doctors advise up to 12 weeks without working out!

If I could give 100 stars I sure would. I have been struggling with digestive issues for YEARS, been in the ER plenty of times because of chronic illness, nausea vomiting and pain in my right side, any other doctor has been able to find out what it is and misdiagnosed me with acid issues/constipation. I knew something wasn’t right. Someone recommended me Dr Lugo. I am SO GLAD I decided to make an appointment with him. That week I had tests done and the following week I had my surgery. No more nausea or pain after eating!! I have been living in Texas for 8 years and I haven’t met a doctor like him before. He listens, he genuinely CARES..he takes the time to understand your situation If you’re facing issues, pains that no one else has been able to diagnose PLEASE go with Dr. Lugo,you won’t regret it.

Dr Lugo and TEAM were and are fantastic! Dana was able to get me in immediately and then when things turned bad the whole team worked to get me into surgery quickly. I was so happy to have them on my side! Everyone from the ER to the hospital wouldn’t stop talking about how wonderful they are! Made me feel safe! Thank you!

From the beginning, Dana went above and beyond managing and prioritizing my care making sure my experience from check-in to check-out was top-notch, from dealing with insurance, surgery scheduling, and making magical moves to fit me in asap, networking with all parties involved escalating my care! She makes the impossible, possible, seriously, Dana does it all. Dr. Lugo from the start was very informative, covered all aspects of my care explaining in detail each step. Best bedside manner; he covered any question I could have ever imagined asking. Loves what he does and great at it; a true expert that I was completely confident in. Another added charm is Dr. Lugo’s nurse, Marilyn, who immediately put me at ease with her contagious smile, professional demeanor, yet friendly and calm. Just a winning team all around, that will help make your medical care what it deserves, the absolute best!
