I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life . The tech and doctor both had the absolute worse bed side manner . I don’t think I’ve ever left a doctor review , this was a must . I felt belittled and stupid for even coming to see her . I will NEVER go back !!!!!

I absolutely love Dr. Kirk and her staff. They all made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They seem to really care and understood how I was feeling. They explained everything and laid out a course of action and for the first time I feel hopeful that I can get my issues resolved.

I had a great experience from the moment I checked in, during the examination and at check out. Everyone was professional, warm, caring and showed great empathy. I was also impressed with the solutions and advice that was provided. Everyone working with (including) Kaylee Kirk was very knowledgeable and made every stage of the process move along smoothly and pleasant.

Tyler Office Saturday~The entire staff from the moment I walked until I check out the service was very attentive! What I really appreciated was the fact that they valued my time. The wait was less than five minutes. I did have my paperwork filled out prior to my arrival. (It is available online for new patients). The nurse made sure to explain what the procedure for new patients. Within 5 minutes Kaylee the PA came in and she was professional and her bedside manner was great. I would highly recommend this dermatologist office and Kaylee the PA!

I have only positive praise. Quick check-in; short wait, very friendly and polite staff, very clean facility, nice waiting room. The nurse was excellent - to prepare for excision on my foot's "tickle spot" to deaden it. I never felt a thing. I was listened to, they made sure I understood everything and did not make me feel rushed. I have absolutely no negatives about the care I received.
