Alpine Dermatology

The Dermatology part of this practice is excellent but the laser services are not. Had my arms done and ended up with stripes and looked like a tiger. Had them redone with slight improvement. Went again to the more experienced laser technician and ended up with second degree burns and blisters. I've been getting laser treatments elsewhere for over 15 years with no problem until now. Do NOT use their laser services!! Inexperienced and downright dangerous.

I can’t say enough good things about Alpine Dermatology and Laser! I’ve had weird, unexplained symptoms for over 10 years and was always written off or left without answers. Then, one Thursday in Nov, I woke up with these super painful bumps that felt like bee stings — they were tiny and hardly visible but the pain radiated up my arm. I was leaving for vacation that Sunday and needed a biopsy ASAP. After calling more than 10 clinics, Alpine Dermatology was the only one that could squeeze me in that same day. I even showed up late, and they still saw me after explaining my situation. The staff was so kind and didn’t make me feel like I was losing my mind for complaining about these barely-there bumps. They took me seriously, found the painful spots, and did a quick, relatively painless biopsy — no stitches needed. I went on my trip, spent the week on the beach, and the spot healed perfectly. Two weeks later, the biopsy results came back, and I finally got a referral to rheumatology. I’ve since been diagnosed with lupus and started treatment, which is a huge relief after years of wondering what was wrong. I’m beyond grateful for Alpine Dermatology. They treated me with so much care and respect, even when my symptoms didn’t seem obvious. If you need a dermatology clinic that actually listens and genuinely cares, this is the place to go!

They found a melanoma almost 3 years ago during a routine check and helped me get it taken care of quickly. I go in for my reg checkups and they are always great. I had a mole removed recently and was only in town for 12 hours between trips. Sophie (Med Asst?) was so great and offered to come in at 7:30a and remove my stitches on the way to the airport. That is great customer service! One tip... don't be late for appts. They run a tight schedule and if you are late, likely have to reschedule.

Where do I start? Alpine Dermatology has delivered incredible results for our family. From scalp and hair issues to growths on my eye lid, each challenge has been addressed with incredible professionalism and personal touch. In addition to the dermatology care, we have found that the Ceramide Cream makes a huge difference in the health of our daughter’s skin. It’s the only cream she can use without breaking out. Alpine Dermatology is the BEST! It was my first time there and I had a great experience. I will be going back! Lydia is fabulous!! Not only did she take care of my skin but she taught me what to do to keep it protected. She’s professional, friendly, knowledgeable and I’m so grateful for all her help. I’m looking forward to the results and visiting her again soon.
