***UPDATE*** It's now 3/19/25(Nearly ten months after my initial appointment) and I've received a 140$ bill from them in the mail. I still haven't gotten the results from the other three tests that were ran. At this point, I don't expect to. Guess I'll just pay my bill and be on my way. This place is farming people for money who need help. Summary: I've been living with chronic muscle spasms and twitching all over my body for 6 months now. I'm told theres really nothing they can do to help. They explain nothing about what it could be. I'm essentially told they don't know and sent on my way. ZERO healthcare here - this is money farming at it's finest. 5/20/24 - My First appointment Since January of this year I've been having muscle spasms and twitching all over my body(but mostly in my legs). I went to Neurological Associates to get some help. I was ran through a series of test over the course of the next month that I knew were unnecessary but still complied to start ruling things out. 6/14/24 - I received a call to reschedule my appointment On this call the dr told me he would be out of office on my previously scheduled appointment. No problem - happy to reschedule. They rescheduled me for July 4th. 6/29/24 - I received a call from the dr stating he wouldn't be in the office July 4th and to reschedule. No problem - mistakes happen. 6/29/24 - received another call(let it go to voicemail) to reschedule because he wouldn't be in the office on my newly scheduled date. 7/29/24 - My follow up appointment to get the news back on all tests that were ran. I get to the office and they have results from ONE of the four tests that were ran. Keep in mind these tests were ran over two months prior. I'm told the results from one of the tests were normal and sent on my way(a phone call would have sufficed). I try to inquire more about the muscle spasms and twitching and am told they don't know in as little words as possible. No effort to explore possibilities of treatement. The attitude was "we don't know and really don't care to know why you have chronic twitching and spasms all over your body".

Bradley Andrews has been absolutely amazing for my daughter. She has been on a journey the last five or six years trying to find out what is wrong. Dr Andrews has validated my daughter's pain, made it so she didn't feel like she was crazy and didn't want to blame it on a psychological issue. This is the kind of organization you want to go see.

Dr was wonderful had a great experience overall until I went to the pharmacy to get my medications not there phoned first thing today Monday apologized to and said they would be sent. Went out of my way to the pharmacy after work to once again be told nothing was sent to the Pharmacy. I was very clear where to send them on paperwork and verbal. Tried leaving a voice message as promos instructed to after business hours for the phone service to just hang up no way to leave messages . Very disappointing after such a great visit… HOW CAN I GET MY MEDICATION SENT TO THE PHARMACY AND KNOW FOR SURE ITS THERE !!!! Seriously let’s do better and fix your phones message service!!!!

I should read the reviews before going to this please. It's the worst I DO NOT RECOMMEND to go to this please. BE CAREFUL,this place will try to overbill you. I'm waiting for more than a week to get the billing manager to call me back for a bill that was paid and I have a proof with the withdrawal from my bank account, worst service she should be fired for given bad reputation to the business. Please read other reviews to see how bad they are. If your Dr refer to them ask to be change to different place.

My husband had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning. Today, however, Jill called to inform us of a double booking during his appointment time. The only slot available was in the morning, but he was told he must bring a woman with him due to only a female staff member being available. When he suggested bringing his husband instead—clearly indicating his sexual orientation—they still refused to accommodate him. What kind of office employs someone who is uncomfortable around an entire gender? This is utterly unacceptable.
