Optimal Health is amazing! I have been going here for almost a year for my hormones and it has been great. I love that they try to do a more natural way verses throwing you on a bunch of medication. This place is great and quick at responding back to you when you have questions or need a prescription filled. I would highly recommend Darlene and optimal health to everyone!

I had an Exion microneedling treatment and it was amazing! From the moment I walked in the treatment room, Anissa made sure I felt relaxed and comfortable. She had spa music playing and covered me with a warm blanket. I even got to take a short nap while waiting for the numbing cream to take effect before the treatment. I was a little nervous about the needles, but the numbing cream did its job and in most places the microneedling barely even hurt, which surprised me. Anissa took the time to explain exactly what she was doing at each stage and was very thorough. She definitely knew what she was doing! I am 54 and my 11’s and forehead wrinkles have gotten deeper and more prominent over the last couple of years. It has only been two days since my treatment and I can already tell a difference. My wrinkles are less noticeable and my skin is glowing! I can’t wait to see the continued results as time goes on! Optimum has other aesthetic treatments I would like to try as well. I saw that they have a laser treatment that zaps away spider veins. My legs could definitely use that, especially with warmer weather around the corner. Based on my experience with the Exion treatment, I will definitely be back!

Have been in a couple of times now, and dealt with different staff members. Everyone is so polite and very professional! Darlene is super friendly and very knowledgeable! I'm excited to be working with her and her staff to better my health and wellness!

Darlene is amazing and answers all you’re questions and tells you more info than just what hormones are off. Her blood draw has so much more detail than most offices. She doesn’t rush your visit at all. The whole staff is super friendly and easy to talk too! I highly recommend them this place!
