From the moment I walked in, the whole office was incredibly inviting. Rachel was so kind and helped me get checked in, even though I was running late. Marlie was so sweet and helped me stay calm through most of my procedure! Dr. Heaton listened to every concern of mine and was so patient with my fears. He calmed every single one and made me feel very comfortable even though the procedure I had been my biggest fear for most of my life.. I would highly recommend Legacy and the whole staff to everyone I know! They are stuck with me now!

From the first contact over the phone to walking out the door I give an A+ rating. Dr heaton was incredibly nice and incredibly intelligent. I got a cyst removed off my scalp and it was a great experience.

Dr. Heaton has a gentle comforting manner that puts you at ease. I have had several procedures done over the years and have always been treated with gentle hands and kindness. They are wonderful at communicating and educating to help make decisions together. The office is clean, welcoming, and beautiful. The staff is polite and professional! I highly recommend!

This is the first time we have visited Legacy Dermatology and we left with very high marks with the experience we had there. My husband and I have been looking for a dermatologist that we can continue to go to through the years and we found him! Dr. Heaton is very friendly and puts you at ease immediately, He is just the right balance of personable and professional. He is excellent at what he does. We are so impressed with him, his staff, the beautiful office and exam rooms and the location so close to our home in Bountiful. An easy five star rating for Legacy Dermatology and Dr. Heaton and his assistant (sorry I can't remember her name but she was awesome!)

I have been to 4 different dermatologists over the past 15 years. Each time my experience was very good. I’ve only changed offices because of moving to a different city or changing insurance plans that required seeing a different “preferred provider”. My experience with Dr Heaton and Dr Mitton has been beyond exemplary. Each staff member truly listened to my concerns. Making an appointment was easy. They have accommodated my crazy schedule. I have never had to wait upon arrival. The office is spotlessly clean. The care I have received here could not possibly have been better. The Drs truly care about my concerns and comfort. I have never felt rushed through their office. They bill my insurance quickly and accurately. I cannot imagine a better medical office. I love this office!
