I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Jessica Collins at her Heber, Utah office. Her professionalism and bedside manner are absolutely top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Collins took the time to thoroughly explain my concerns and offered personalized care that addressed all my skincare needs. Her expertise in dermatology was evident throughout the appointment, and I felt completely confident in her recommendations. If you're looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable dermatologist who truly cares about her patients, Dr. Collins is the one to see. I went through Karen Stolman to start accutane for my facial acne a year ago. Her office staff were impersonal and cold, and she didn’t bother to know my name. They “forgot” to submit my paperwork for the accutane program not once but TWICE, even after I called to confirm it was submitted. This pushed the treatment back 2 months. Additionally, they did not catch this mistake until I had driven to my scheduled appointment, making 2 trips to their office unnecessary. I switched over to Springville Dermatology and there was a night and day difference with no issues. I would not recommend Heber City Dermatology to anyone, especially for accutane treatment.

Dr. Stolman did such a great job taking care of my mother's skin cancer and skin conditions. Dr. Stolman and all of her talented staff are extremely empathetic, meticulous and patient with her older clientele. My mom had been a pro golfer in her youth, so sun damage, excessive sun exposure and time had caused skin cancer and I was so happy to have her in under Dr. Stolman's care.

Dr. Kern was very informative and helpful. He was willing to spend quite a bit of time with me to discuss all of my concerns, and his solutions have worked great! I will definitely be going back to see him and would recommend him to anyone.

His staff literally looked at my chart and laughed to eachother. I've never had any out of the ordinary issues so I'd love to know what they were laughing at.They were snobby and rude. Hated the experience and will never go back. Would give it less then a star if I could.
