I’m going to try to make this as short as possible. I went into Spruce and did a consultation for my stretch marks on my stomach and to also break up scar tissue on my stomach. Doing the consultation I was told that my stretch marks weren’t bad at all and I would be able to see wonderful results on my stretch marks and that my scar tissue would be able to be broken up with Morpheus8. Originally I was told that I would only need about 3 treatments. Well, those 3 treatments turned in to so many I lost count. The treatments, for me, were incredibly painful and the healing process was long and painful!! I’ve had three kids naturally and I could barely stand the pain when she was doing the treatments! The “numbing” cream did not work on me at all! Anyways my last appointment I went in and told the lady who has been doing my treatments that this is ridiculous and after all these treatments I have seen NO difference. Thankfully she was understanding and agreed with me. She said she had no idea why we haven’t seen results and that she would talk to the owner. I’ve spent over a thousand dollars on these treatments just to end up with being told “I’m sorry we can’t do a refund” and “I don’t know why this didn’t work for you, your the only client I’ve had this not work on”. Still being incredibly insecure about my belly I now am having to go somewhere else and spend hundreds of dollars to get the outcome I was promised from Spruce. The owner made me feel very gaslighted and tried sending me a picture of my stomach that was 100% NOT how my stretch marks looked. Once I sent her pictures of how my stomach REALLY looks, she completely stopped responding to me. Not to mention my husband went in to have microneedling done on his face (this was before I knew that the treatments weren’t working on me). He had horrible acne as a teen and was left with some scarring he wanted to get fixed. The same lady who was doing my treatments did his microneedling. After WEEKS he broke out like he’s never broke out before (huge, painful ance!) he resulted in having to take Accutane ever since she microneedled him! I showed her pictures of what it did to his face and was told the exact same thing (wow, I don’t know why this happened to him, this has never happened to any of my clients”. “You both are a odd case”. This entire experience was horribly painful, and awful! I do not recommend spruce to anyone! If you want to spend thousands of dollars for treatments that aren’t going to work and get told “sorry we don’t do refunds” well this is the place to go!
