Utah Cosmetic Surgery

I worked with Dr Robinson for a platysmaplasty (neck lift) and liposuction. He made me feel very comfortable during our consults and I was excited to finally get my chunky neck and double chin taken care of. The day of surgery went well and I stayed awake for the procedure. Recovery wasn’t bad and I felt like the information provided to me was clear and concise. The liposuction along the sides of my neck look fantastic and have really slimmed down those areas. However, my final consult with Dr Robinson about my result concerns was disappointing. I have healed with a very strange shape near my plastysmaplasty incision, leaving two bulges on either side that are very noticeable. I brought this up to Dr Robinson; he palpated the area briefly, told me it “could be” salivary glands which he doesn’t like removing (I agreed, that seems like a bad idea), but when I continued to show concern about the result he said it “looked great” and seemed really pleased. I just…sat there. I didn’t know what to say as I’m not good at advocating for myself so I just left the office in a hurry and cried in my car. I waited to post this as I was hoping more time would help the shape smooth out, but it hasn’t. I want to bring awareness to anyone else hoping to get this done that the final result may not be what you hoped for. Edit: I have updated my stars based on the excellent response I received from Dr Robinson personally working with me to achieve the results I was hoping for. I will update and add photos after correction.

I had breast augmentation done with Dr Haupt 11 years ago and surgery and recovery went great. I ended up being alot bigger than I wanted though. I just had a mommy makeover and asked for a breast lift and smaller implants. I was told I didn’t need a lift that they could just tighten the pockets. My breasts are now saggy and was told I could go back in and have a lift done for another $4,600. My stomach was left with bulging around the incision that I was told he had to leave fat there for blood supply and that I could pay to go back in and have it lipo’d which I did and that left my stomach even more disfigured looking and was told I could pay again to have more lipo done. A part of me wishes I would have looked at different doctors but I trusted Haupt because of the good experience I had with my augmentation 11 years ago. Do more research than I did, ask what revisions are included at no cost to you. Seems the only revision Haupt covers is fixing of dog ears. I’ll be going somewhere else to have my tummy tuck smoothed out.

Dr Haupt and his staff are horrible, since they do not take responsibility for their poorly done work. I did my breasts and the implant was superficial which made my breasts sag and gave me pain due to the weight, the scar was horrible, I also did my 360 lipo and it didn't do the right job since the upper part of my stomach I don't liposuction it or the lower part of my back. The work was horrible. His assistants are pedants who do not like to help and do not give correct information. I don't think the costs are very high for mediocre work.

I had a tummy tuck and breast lift done back in December of 2023. Dr. Haupt and his team were able to schedule the surgery around my work schedule. The procedure and healing went exactly as he said it would. He and his staff were personable and caring. All of the follow up appointments, including cutting the dog ears off were included in the initial cost. I am thrilled with the results and am wearing a bikini for the first time in over 20 years!

I highly recommend Dr Robinson. He is excellent at what he does and really cares about his patients before and after the surgery. He is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. They also has very friendly and professional staff. Their customer service is top notch! I am very pleased with my results!!!!!
