Therapeutix Mind & Body

I absolutely loved my experience at Therapeutix Mind & Body. I have been to many spas , especially along the Wasatch Front, and I can confidently say that none can compare to this gem in the heart of downtown Ogden. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff is amazing and the owner, Crystal, is so personable. My massage therapist, Kenna was so incredibly knowledgeable it actually stunned me. She really knows her stuff and genuinely wanted to help me feel and move better. It was so therapeutic . I truly felt connected to my body, a feeling I had never experienced in other massage therapy sessions. I would definitely recommend Therapeutix Mind and Body . And Kenna!!

A value of any business is not only measured on when the client is happy and everything is running smoothly but when the customer is not happy and a problem has arisen. In this case, Therapeutix management was extremely uncompromising and definitely communicated a culture of the customer comes last. There are other places to go and I will do so. I would definitely NOT consider Therapeutix of best of Ogden and would suggest avoiding their services. As for the managers response, more time was spent on responding to this review then communication with client. As well, this response is exaggerated and 85% false which now has me questioning the integrity of the management/company. BUYER beware. This will be how any problems end for you: no resolution, aggressive communication by management, false accusations and absolutely have you running for the door. Do as you will but remember the face of a company is only skin deep. Whats underneath is what matters. Sorry to say, Therapeutix looks good but on the inside is a rotten apple.

Therapeutix Mind & Body is absolutely the perfect place to de-stress. I highly recommend a couples massage, or one of the many facial options. The staff is fabulous and always willing to help their customers feel pampered and renewed.

I went to a doctor for what I thought was a hip issue and my range of motion was extremely limited and painful (couldn't even lift my leg or turn it out). He couldn't find anything wrong. I had seen in Lillian's profile that she enjoyed sports massage and, as a runner, I hoped she could help me. With her wealth of knowledge, she was able to pinpoint my issue very quickly, a groin/adductor injury. I started seeing improvement after my very first session. I would say after just a couple months of seeing her I'm about 95% better. She is a miracle worker, considering the shape I was in when we first met. Thank you, Lillian! Also, Therapeutix Mind & Body is such a calm welcoming environment and their staff is top notch! Thanks!

My husband and I have been here a few times now for couple massages and Therapeutix is amazing! This time we called to schedule and nothing was working out between the Ogden and Clinton location to be able to book a couples massage, only individual massages. But the receptionist worked magic and the next day she called us and had worked us in for a couples appointment, which was fantastic. Highly recommend.
