The staff at this location are wonderful! Nurse Lela has been my nurse at all of my appointments, and she is AMAZING! She is professional, personable, knowledgeable and always makes my appointments so pleasant! Abby is always friendly, kind, and works with me on scheduling and questions about services! I just love the staff here so much! The organization as a whole is a nationwide chain, so maybe there is some price hike going on, but the quality you receive here is exceptional!

I've been going to Ideal Image for about 2 years now for hair removal and it's been a delightful experience. First of all, I'm as hairless as a Sphynx cat, so that's been worth every dime, and the staff is lovely. Lela is my girl. If you've been thinking about going, do it. You won't regret it.

I can’t say enough about this location! The staff is absolutely amazing!! With Brooke at the counter very knowledgeable individuals answering every and any question you may have! Audrey is my esthetician and is the sweetest person ever all the staff at this location are. Courtney also does an amazing job. Everyone at this location make you feel welcome i definitely enjoy this spot. If you are thinking you want any treatment not now!! And book soon!!!

This was my first time there. The front desk was so sweet. I called to find the location and she stayed on the phone until I found it. Lela was THE BEST. She was very professional, very informative and so so funny. She made my visit so comfortable and made sure I was relaxed during my procedure. I will definitely be coming back again and again.

I have been going for lazer hair removal and I've I'm loving seeing the results and the confidence it gives me. The front desk is always so kind and welcoming at each appointment and Lela my nurse has been absolutely amazing to work with. She is so knowledgeable, making sure all of my questions and concerns are heard and answered through the process. She's personable and remembers little things we have talked about in previous appointments despite being weeks apart.
