I see Lindsay at this practice. She's my "back up" dermatology provider when I can't get into mine because he books out quite a ways. Lindsay is thorough, kind, professional, and smart. She listens to my concerns and is trying to help me figure out what's causing a mystery rash. Thank you so much
Both my mother and myself have had great experiences on multiple occasions. Always smiling faces from the ladies on the phones. Easy check in and as long as you’re direct about what you’re there for and your needs and wants pertaining to dermatology then I feel I have had a great response. I’ve never had an appointment not be on time or off by a few minutes. Dermatologists are highly intellectual and don’t mind answering questions with honesty. Just know what you want and don’t wait around if you don’t. I give this place a 5 star. Clean, welcoming, answers direct or questions answered, free recommended products. I really like this location and the Spanish fork location!
Don’t bother setting an appointment - you’ll just sit there watching other patients walk in after you and be taken back while you continue to wait past your appointment time. I watched 4 others walk in and be taken back almost instantly while I was there over 20 minutes waiting. Decided my time was valuable also and left!
Brian Gasser is Fantastic! He is very knowledgeable. He takes his time with you and answers all of your questions. He is also very caring and kind. He knows all of his patient's names and truly cares about each one. The nurses are amazing as well. They are very personable and kind, and they truly care about the patient's as well. The office staff is very nice and greet you when you enter the office. The building is always so nice and clean. I would rate Aspen Dermatology a 10 if that was an option : )
I have always loved Aspen dermatologist Dr Peterson is the best and I have been going to them for years had an appointment at 4pm in Salem. They called me that morning and told me that I needed to go to Payson at 10am so I left work in a hurry to get there and I was totally fine with that. Got to my appointment. Dr was great Went to pay for it and I could not find my wallet. I asked them if I could please call them with my credit card as soon as I got back to work And they said no so I tried calling my husband, my best friend, my daughter, my coworker, cause I thought I’d left my wallet at work and got no response. I was literally waiting for an hour and I felt like I was a prisoner. I understand when you get procedures, you should have the money but I literally got to work and my wallet was not there and I did call with my husband‘s credit card and made the payment, but when I called to make the payment their system was down I’m concerned because I had cash in my wallet and I’m not sure if I left it in the waiting room because I still not been able to find it. And they had no direct number for me to call Payson to ask them if they have someone bring it back in or if they see it all I could do is leave a message with the person that took my payment. It was very embarrassing and I felt like a shoplifter being held there. I had clients that was meeting me at the office at 12 and I was unable to make it waiting for an hour to get a credit card number, so I’m not sure if I will go back had a bad experience and very embarrassing
