Providence Dermatology-Dr. Travis James

Dr. Travis James Dermatology practice in Providence/Logan Utah and his staff are simply extraordinary. Dr James is a clear expert and has an incredible organized staff who are all prompt and knowledgeable beyond belief ! I am a grizzled former NYC resident who has seen it all when it comes to medical practices. I can honestly say this is the most impressive experience I have ever had with ANY medical practice or procedure and it's follow-up. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially for specialty dermatology situations, and rapid access to new drugs for many conditions. 10 star (if possible), highly recommend.

Dr. James entire office is awesome!. The front desk ladies were kind and friendly from the beginning. Dr. James and his nurse Beth were really nice and didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was taking up their time. Then the next week Dr. James actually came to the phone and talked to me personally last week when my BP skyrocketed on the day of the cyst removals. He then rescheduled me to come in a week later to get my surgery done which was today. Dr. James and his nurse Beth made me feel like I was the most special patient that was in that day! They reassured me through the entire procedure and told me to call if I had any questions or concerns after I got home. And you know what? I actually feel that I really could call them if I need to!

Dr James is just so incredible! He was so efficient and explained everything that was going on. He made me feel so welcome and he is just an amazing doctor! Could not recommend him or his practice enough!🙌🏻

My son visited the dermatologist in September but never got his results. After several attempts from him, I finally got a hold of someone in February and they told me his results were negative. Not very good follow up. I feel like when someone younger comes in they don't give them the time of day. Very unprofessional. Oh, and they gave us $16 off our $160 bill for our troubles. Woo Woo.

5 stars is literally not enough! I can not express my gratitude to Dr. Travis James and his staff! I have been seeing Dr. James, since June of 2023. He has always provided me and my family with the highest level of care and dedication. I have always felt seen and heard about my concerns and questions. He always takes the time to talk me through all of the available options and costs to help meet my needs. He is dedicated to finding solutions and helping me heal. His office staff are very compassionate and caring. They make us feel like family! His staff is flexible with scheduling and so kind if you ever need to change an appointment. His office is convenient and comfortable, while professional and equipped with a variety of treatments. Dr James is a hidden gem on the south end of the valley. BEST DR. EVER!
