Wonderful experience. My appointment was at 10:30 but they got me in early at 10am. I was in and out in 30 minutes! The secretaries are all really friendly, and they offered to make my procedure complimentary since it wasn’t a very serious case.
They will lock up early and refuse service, even though it's still 4:00, an hour until closing time...and the lady behind the desk only shook her head at me. If you don't want to be open until 5:00, then at least change the hours you list for being open so patients don't have to come all the way to the building for nothing. If they can't do the simple things right, why even take my business here in the first place!
Receptionists were very abrasive. Internet/cell service in the building is really bad, so if you didnt complete the check-in beforehand, there’s no way you’ll be able to finish it on your phone once you get there. Dr Scott Webster was polite, but made my daughter and I very uncomfortable. We regretted having an appt and will not be back.
Dr. Hubert is awesome! He has helped me for the last few years with my acne and he always takes time out of his busy schedule to make me feel heard and seen! I even brought in an entire bag of skin products I had bought over the years and he went through all of them with me and really helped me out. Really grateful to have this experience and it is a rare experience with busy doctors! Would recommend to anyone for sure!
I’ve had mostly good experiences with this office. I’ve had to have Mohs surgery twice and both times they did a great job. I had Dr. Tristani first and she was AMAZING. The next one I had Dr. Fagan because Dr. Tristani moved and Dr. Fagan did a great job too. I saw Dr. Donaldson once because I wanted to get in sooner rather than later and I was very dissatisfied. I hardly had a chance to ask him questions about my health concerns because he was more interested in talking about current events happening in the news. He talked so long about it, I could even sense the assistant in the room was frustrated as well. Ultimately, he decided to just freeze the spot that I was wondering if it was a skin cancer spot. Turns out it was a basal cell and I had to go back and get it cut out later. I do not recommend him at all. The next time I went in, I saw Dr. Bradshaw and he was very professional and gave me good answers. I would definitely recommend him.
