I've been to a lot of doctors and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Dr Langford hardly treated me like a person, he just treated me like some object on a paper. He constantly interrupted when I was talking or trying to ask a question. He didn't let me talk hardly at all! I wasn't even able to tall him half my symptoms. He didn't give me straight answers to my questions either. To top it off, he was just straight up rude! He barely looked at the notes and didn't ask me harshly any questions, then automatically came to the conclusion that I was crazy and I needed to go to a psychiatrist! (BTW it was a psychiatrists who referred me to him in the first place). I would never refer him to anyone!

Dr. Langford was incredibly horrible, you would expect a Healthcare professional to actually try to help you. He was exceptionally dismissive and acted without the intent to find a solution and seemed to actually be bothered to have someone in his office. After a 6 month wait list, it's a massive let down to basically be told that the visit was a waste of time and be made to feel crazy.

I had the privilege of being cared for by Nurse Ericka and Dr. Langford at my most recent appointment, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional care. From the moment I walked in, Nurse Ericka made me feel completely at ease with her warm, attentive demeanor. She truly took the time to listen to my concerns and, with great patience, addressed every question I had. What touched me deeply was the way Ericka described my symptoms—she spoke with such compassion and understanding that I found myself in tears. Her ability to validate what I was experiencing, while offering clear and educational insights, made me feel truly heard and supported. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Langford, who was incredibly thorough and empowering throughout the entire appointment. I greatly appreciated how Dr. Langford not only took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options, but also empowered me to make my own informed decisions. It was clear that I was being provided with the best standard of care, and I felt truly educated and confident in my ability to choose the path that felt right for me. Together, Nurse Ericka and Dr. Langford made an incredible team, and their combined knowledge, empathy, and dedication to patient care left me feeling both informed and deeply supported. I am so grateful for the care I received and feel fortunate to be in such capable hands.

I’ve had petite seizures for 22 years, and started coming here about a year and a half ago. I was on two medications that were stable and they started to put me on about 5 different medications that have given me horrible tremors I’ve never had before. I’ve had multiple breakdowns in my visits telling them the medicine is making me worse, and I used to go from having 0-5 seizures a day, to having 20+ a day. But they tell me to just keep doing it. They’re always 10 min or so late to my appointment and don’t give me my full time. They then referred me to UofU for some scans and I told them twice I contacted UofU and they don’t take my insurance, so I can’t do it, but they forget each time and do it again. They told me my medicine had plenty of refills but when I called today to refill my kepra, the pharmacy said I was out. Which is extremely dangerous for me to not have it. My experience here has been horrible, and made my seizures ten times worse. I want to be able to like it since it’s the only place I can afford, but it’s genuinely making me worse than I have been my entire life.

The reception staff has NEVER treated me with respect. They always seem annoyed that I’ve called in or asked a question. They book on dates that don’t align for Botox payments. The MAs for Dr Langford walked so fast this last time that I almost got lost. Usually Revere has been great to work with, but I dread every interaction I have with the staff at this clinic. The doctors are great. Everyone else is a one star.
