Revere Health Dermatology – Salem

I was treated by Dr. Reed Garza; and during the appointment he indicated that more than one treatment of liquid nitrogen may be required, and a retreatment could be provided at no charge. I attended an appointment for my daughter where I mentioned the retreatment. Dr. Reed Garza retreated me and indicated that there would be no charge, and the MA noted the treatment in my chart as only documentation. Shortly after the appointment, I received a bill for the same day of service as my daughter. I called the office multiple times with promises of call back. Only after multiple attempts did I get on a call with the office manager. Dr. Reed Garza ultimately denied the no charge, and would not take my call, and I paid for the appointment in full. Four month later, I'm contacted my Mountain land Collections indicating the bill was not paid in full. Again I called the office, and I'm promised a call back. I call a second time and Maria indicated that there was no record or notes of my prior call(interesting). She provided me with email address and phone numbers for the the office managers superiors. I email Garrett and Stephanie together and left a voice mail for Garrett. Garrett replied immediately and within one day had the situation resolved. Dr. Reed Garza and the office manager did not act or reply in a professional manner. I will no longer recommend the Revere Health Dermatology offices in Salem, Utah or the office personnel that operate them(except for Maria and Garrett-special thanks).

Dr. Garza is AMAZING!! He is so personable with great bedside manner. He made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. I didn't feel rushed and I appreciated that he involved me in my plan of care. I am glad that he is the dermatologist in my area. Thanks for the great experience!

These very hard working folks need a raise!! We got to the appt. 1 HOUR early and they acted like it was no big deal and took me in immediately! No waiting for anything. Had to have very minor surgery & everything was done and over before I got use to being on the chair! If you need help - don't hesitate go to these folks, they are wonderful!!!

Dr. Garza is awesome. He answered all my questions and I felt like he really cared about my issues. Would definitely recommend

It was a quick in and out visit. Dr. Garza neutralized several "pre‐cancerous" concerns that I had. I was treated in an interested, friendly, professional manner by the Doc and his M.A. as always.
