I feel ROBBED I had a virtual consultation with them for an upper eyelid surgery and they charged me 50 dollars for a 5 minute consultation after that I had set an appointment I had taken vacation time to do this surgery and I wanted to confirm I called the practice multiple time they said I had to talk with the surgeon assistant but they would pass my message forward when I FINALLY talked with the assistant she told me she had not received a single message but my appointment simply didn’t exist after I had made it prior to having the consultation done but she said she would talk with the doctor about a refund and I never heard from her again after that I called the practice again and they said if I still want the surgery it would be 1,000 dollars more they tried to get MORE money out of me for a mistake they made after that they told me they won’t refund the 50 dollars and to “go find another surgeon” so they took my 50 dollars and I had just wasted my vacation time for no reason i reached out to the doctor and guess what HE READ THE MESSAGE AND IGNORED IT I have never in my entire life seen such an professional practice

I needed to reschedule appointment and was charged $50. I called on Friday and appointment was the next Monday. They charged me for that, and I’m not rescheduling! Just so you know you need to cancel or reschedule 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE. I guess that’s how some drs make their money!

Dr. Eftekhari is an excellent doctor! I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends. He was very thorough in explaining everything and took the time to answer all my questions. His staff is also excellent. It was an all around great experience!

I’ve never had a Doctor who came to my aide in such a miraculous manner. Dr. Eftekhari is extremely professional and cares for his patients. His attention to detail ,the preparations he makes to assure the best care, will always be appreciated. I’m so grateful to have been in his care .

Dr. Eftekhari is incredibly thoughtful and detailed in his assessment and recommended treatment. I was nervous and unsure of what I wanted but he quickly put me at ease and listened to my concerns. I am so happy with the results of my Botox treatment I am now a client for life!
