My experience in the med spa has been very positive. Facility is very clean and professional. Staff is friendly. Melissa, my esthetician is amazing. She is well educated in her profession. I trust her 100% with my face. She definitely knows what she’s doing. She takes such good care of me. She addresses my concerns with great confidence, which brings me much comfort. I’m very pleased with my results. I will definitely return.

I made an appointment at the MedSpa and as usual, they were amazing! The new MedSpa is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and professional. I hadn't been there for 4 years but I'm excited to start going regularly. It's just a beautiful office and incredible team!

I'm was a new patient here as I followed Dr. Carley who was previously at Parkinson dermatology in Provo, I was always happy at Dr Parkinson office but saw value in stating with Dr. Carley with him knowing my history. Here's the problem, at my appointment I received the exact same services at my appointment that I've always received at Dr. Parkinson with the same Dr. Carley and now over and above my $50 copay Springville Dermatology had me paying over $230 more out of my pocket. Unhappy about this, several times I tried to contact the office & requested Dr Carley to call me & address my concerns, never did i receive a return call, finally I made contact with the office bookkeeping, in the end they were nothing but argumentative & unhelpful, upset I paid their amount owed and cancelled my next appointment as I will return to Dr. Parkinson's office where I was always cared for billed properly & appreciated !!! In my mind this issue was easily remedied & Springville Dermatology chose otherwise.......
