I had botox done and the nurse made a mistake and I was given too much. So much that my eyes drooped for three months. I reported it to them and saw Raquel and was told there was nothing they could do. I had asked Raquel to do it in the first place and had she done it I think the results would have been very different. Overall, I spent a lot of money to look tired and older for three months. It was disappointing that not only did they say they couldn't do anything but I was 't offered even a partial refund.

The process itself wasn’t painful at all. It took about 15-20 minutes for the numbing cream that was on to take effect. The injection process took about 10-15 minutes. Raquel would inject small amounts, take a step back and look at my face, and keep going. After she was finished, I looked at my face and was so happy, I know every day it will get even better. When I was in 6 weeks ago I had under my eyes done, it's amazing how much brighter my face looks. I loved how Raquel would explain every step of the process. I felt at ease with her. I have been going to Raquel at Beauty Resorted for almost 3 years. She really takes time to go my questions and needs. I am always very happy with my results. I have referred my friends to her who have experienced the same results that I have. I am not sure what Jaxson was saying about watered down injections. I have never experienced that. She is very honest and pulls out the packaging right in front of you. Perhaps he may need more than 10 units to achieve desired results. I highly recommend Raquel with Beauty Resorted.
