I was seen today in your clinic. Your new clinic manager was amazing. So friendly and kind. I had the pleasure of having the beautiful gal with the braids as my injector . I misplaced the card that has her name on it. I enjoyed our conversation about our kids. It put me at ease, and was a great distraction. She was so delightful !! both the clinic manager and injector we're so welcoming I have been to a lot of med spas and this actually has been my favorite. I will definitely be back.

Caitlyn did amazing work with my injections. This was my first time getting injections, and she explained things clearly. It was near painless and I’m so happy with the results. Highly recommend

I arrived at my appointment on time. The young lady at the front desk told me the nurse would be right out. After 15 minutes went by I walked up to the front desk to see what was the issue. She told me she was running behind schedule. Another 15 minutes went by, 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and nothing. The young lady at the front desk never checked with the nurse to see what the hold up was. When the nurse did appear, she said “I thought she was a no show”. Once in the room she said she was unaware that I was at the office bc I was not fully checked in. The nurse was great, tentative and friendly. Just poor communication between the front desk and staff. Also, a smile and friendliness at the front desk goes a long way. They are the face and voice of your office, the first point of contact for your potential clients. First impressions are everything.

The nurses are great, but I don’t like the remote consultation. I would rather have an I person consult so that I can know my options, price, and have the whole process explained to me. When I went in I had to ask exactly what it was that I had paid for and how the whole treatment process works.

I accidentally got mixed up about my appointment time. Jordan was very nice and understanding. She put me on the waitlist and we also rescheduled my new appointment! Thank you for being so kind and helpful! I’m very excited for my appointment!
