Rutland Skin Center: Dr. Daniel McCauliffe

I had a dermatology issue and being new to Vermont, I initially had to locate a family physician. I chose Porter Medical - Brandon. THAT WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE. After an examination, I was told not to worry about my condition. "Put powder on it". The condition grew much worse and I decided to schedule an exam with the Rutland Breast Center, hearing that they were the professionals. Wrong again! The Director referred me to a General Surgeon as she was puzzled and they needed a biopsy. RUTLAND BREAST CENTER WAS MY SECOND MISTAKE. I scheduled an appointment with the surgeon. She did not take a biopsy and chose a let's wait and see attitude. THAT WAS MY THIRD MISTAKE. Out of frustration, stress and concern, I decided to schedule an appointment with a dermatologist. Much to my surprise, I had an appointment within days with the RUTLAND SKIN CENTER/ DR. McCAULIFFE. The staff heard my concerns and moved quickly. Dr. McCauliffe performed an exam and within five minutes gave me a diagnosis! Imagine that?! He also completed a biopsy and within days, he called me to discuss the results. He also reassured me that the issue would be taken care of and he did just that. Imagine how relieved I was. Dr. McCauliffe and his associates provided excellent care and support. If you need a dermatologist who you can trust and will provide excellent care and support, search no more. RUTLAND SKIN CENTER and DR. McCAULIFFE ARE THE BEST!

Excellent experience all the way around. Dr. McCaulliffe is well trained in both dermatology and general medicine and is very thorough in his clinical work. Bot my wife and I are under his care, and we are both equally pleased with his practice.
