She was not only incredibly kind and patient while discussing my options and preferences, but she also took the time to ensure I felt completely confident in my treatment plan. My results exceeded my expectations and were even better than my previous experience elsewhere—I’m so glad I trusted Kristen! The clinic itself is stunning, and the staff was just as lovely. They were so helpful over the phone and made scheduling my last-minute appointment a breeze. I couldn’t be happier!

When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile by Meagan, who immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. As a nurse practitioner, she brought so much expertise to the table, which gave me great confidence in her. I shared my budget with Meagan, and to my surprise, she assured me I wouldn’t need to spend that much. She took the time to explain all the options, patiently answered all my questions, and made the entire process seamless. If I could give Meagan and Glow 10 stars, I absolutely would! It was not the fault of the spa, it was just a natural adverse reaction, but Glow wanted to make it right. I really appreciated how they handled it.
