Dr. Leslie Pickens and her thoughtful assistant are awesome and kind. I was very comfortable during my first time experience meeting Dr. Pickings. I was impressed that she is a learned professional who really knows her craft. She is also personable, and considerate of your beauty desires, needs, improvement goals and budget. She actually took the time to sit with me and really listen to my past challenging experiences with trying to reach my goals. She then crafted a solution to fill my deep eye troughs that no other doctor suggested. Other Derm Docs had really repulsed me and made me feel uncomfortable requesting help to correct their inattention to detail. Dr. Pickens also made suggestions as to how to improve and achieve my other beautification goals in the future. I am overjoyed to have Dr. Pickens on my team. I highly recommend Dr.Pickins.

Amazing experience. They were able to fit me in quickly, the staff was friendly and personable and Dr Pickens was extremely knowledgeable. I received Radiesse injections and the time the took on my face to make sure everything was even and flattering was almost like artistry. I was worried that this would be one of those experiences where my hopes and expectations would not meet up to reality and that was definitely not the case. I left their office looking better than I have in years. I would recommend About Face to everyone.

Unfortunately, this review is based solely on customer service. I made a reservation online for a Dermaplaning facial. I received a call stating they needed a consult. She started asking me my target goals for my skin. I kindly responded that I do these often and that I was simply looking for a new spa close to home, and hoping that this was the one. I also realized doing a skin consult over the phone may not be as accurate. The young lady responded "ohhhh, well ok, but we don't have anyone to do that service for you, so a different spa may be better for you". I just said "goodbye". How do you not offer a service that you clearly advertise for on your page??!! Was it because I mentioned I had a gift card and they didn't feel that was good enough for them? I'll never know and I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Rude, rude, rude. I was called into work today and called to reschedule. The office was closed and the receptionist called me back at 9:19am. I asked to reschedule and the receptionist interrupted me and asked if I had sent my new patient paperwork back to them. I said no and he immediately said, “Well, I didn’t charge you the $100 and I’m going to do that now.” Okay but what time could I reschedule? He chastised me at that point for interrupting him. With his rudeness, I said that was not interested in their services and within 30 seconds my credit card was charged. I didn’t get to meet the doctor nor do I care to. This was not a good experience.
