This practice is great! It’s clear that Dr. Shah really cares about making you feel better. He is good at finding a way to get the patient what they need and working around the realities of insurance rules, limited time, etc, that will always be present at any practice. He entertains all of the many questions I ask and gives detailed answers. The administrative staff and medical assistants are also super friendly and helpful. One time when I had a shipping issue with the pharmacy for a specialty medication, my last hope to continue treatment was to use samples, and I was so grateful that they were able to provide enough samples to get me through to when insurance would cover another shipment. I have been struggling for a long time with allergic skin issues that haven’t been resolving with many different treatments, and Alexandria Associates in Dermatology and Dr. Shah specifically has been the only doctor I can go to that doesn’t basically give up and tell me that the medications I’m already on should be working.

I recently underwent surgery for a basal cell carcinoma. Over the course of the three weeks I received excellent care. The medical assistant that removed the stitches, Annibell (I may have gotten her name wrong) was caring, informed and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Bray and all the staff.

Like the reviews state Dr. Shah was amazing. The receptionist was able to squeeze me in next day with two options. His bedside manner was fantastic, good sense of humor, let me ask any questions, explained his steps and even told me how I can keep getting my beauty treatments without a reaction. He listens and is well informed and up to date. Third times the charm and I finally have a great derm!

Angela Hou and staff are amazing. Angela is professional, smart, and kind. She took the time necessary to understand my concerns and made a plan to correct my skin issues. A very satisfied patient.
