Dr. Courtney Herbert and her staff are very experienced and knowledgeable. Our family went back to her after almost 10 years, as we consider her medical care and professional advice being critical for our skin health! We are recommending her 100% . Thank you.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYER!! I worked for her for three months and when I left she went to my current job of employment and told them she fired me which is absolutely not true! Not even a conversation you should be having with anyone whether it was true or not. She may be a decent dermatologist but definitely would run the other direction if you’re thinking about applying here. She has recently contacted my employer to take down my review once again. She has NO right to continue reaching out to my job to discuss anything about me unless she is seeking services from the company for herself. These actions are exactly why I have written this review and will NOT be taking it down.

Dr Herbert is thorough conservative in her diagnoses( which is good) and kind. I have been a patient for over 10 years. She is quite simply the best!!

We have been going to Dr. Courtney Herbert since about 2007. We lived in Africa and would see her every time we came home. We are so pleased to be back in Arlington where we can see her more often. I was happily surprised when this past week when one of her staff members called me to let me know they could work me into the schedule. I had a few spots that were worrisome and hated to wait until my full body check-up to see Dr. Herbert. She is so efficient and quickly finds the spots that need attention. She has a calming demeanor. We feel very confident that she is making sure our skin is taken care of. Her staff, Carter, Katlyn, John and Tatiana are all friendly medical professionals. Update: Thursday, June 6th, 2024 Today, I had my 6 months full-body check-up with Dr. Courtney Herbert and my husband had a follow-up check-up. As always, Dr. Herbert and her astute staff are extremely thorough. Today, they did a deep dive to reconcile 6 years of observations by our Florida dermatologist with our previous FDL visits, all confirmed with today's examination. Dr. Herbert , supported by her cheerful and efficient staff, was generous with her time making sure all information was correct and that we were fully informed. Dr Courtney Herbert is amazing. I’ve been going to FDL for years and have been very impressed. Growing up in Florida and the sunshine, regular skin checkups are incredibly important. I used several dermatology offices prior to FDL - and I understand why they are so highly rated.
