Best of the best for laser hair removal! Every technician I’ve had has been so wonderful to work with and make it such a better experience. The machines they use for laser are top tier and you will notice results right away! They also do a great job at ensuring they are doing it at the right settings, in the past I had technicians at other places who ended up staining my skin because of the wrong settings. 10/10 would recommend coming here and getting your laser done!

I recently completed my laser hair removal treatment here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The facility is clean and well-maintained, and they use state-of-the-art equipment, which made me feel confident in the quality of the treatment. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering laser hair removal. Five stars.

My experiences here were very much like spinning a roulette wheel and I rarely had the same technician or experience twice. I’m giving three stars because my experiences ranged from 1 star to 5 stars and average out to 3. On my worst experience, the technician was so distracted she wasn’t even sure if she had done a full coverage of the area she was working on. She had to ask me if she had already done sections. On another visit I was told they were out of cold towels. Seemed kind of strange. The towels also varied in coldness from visit to visit. Sometimes they were nice and cold and really helped when being used. Other times it was like they were just refrigerator temperature and didn’t really help at all. Some technicians were kind of rude or uncaring in their demeanor. And they seemed to be in a rush to just get me out of there. But, others were amazing and attentive and seemed to really care about what they were doing and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. In regards to the goggles they put over my eyes, sometimes they seemed to just be thrown on without care and didn’t completely block my eyes. Other times they took extra care to make sure my eyes were completely covered. The number of sessions I was told I needed seemed to keep getting increased as I reached the end of the cycle and it contradicted the initial information I was given. “It typically takes 4-6 sessions” became “It typically takes 6-8 sessions” etc. In the end, I did 10 sessions and noticed minimal improvement. At which point I gave up, waited a couple months, and then switched to electrolysis. I’ll also note that I came in as a biological male with dark hair looking to eliminate my facial hair. There were visits where I felt like I was being judged and looked down upon and treated as if I didn’t really belong there. Overall, I really wouldn’t recommend this place based off of how erratic my experiences were and if you are a biological male I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I am convinced this is the best value for laser treatments in the DMV by far! I have never had a bad experience in two years; the staff is incredibly professional and attentive. Super easy every time
