Love LaserAway! I’ve done Brazilian laser hair removal and am now doing my legs and also doing Clear and Brilliant facials now. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. They have great deals and packages throughout the year. Not had a bad experience at the Clarendon location. I have had Anna for my clear and brilliants and she’s great! So nice and great to chat with. Will continue to come back and see her!

I’ve had a frustrating experience trying to navigate the LaserAway app, which threw my treatments off track and left me feeling stressed. But when I called the Arlington location, Whitney was an absolute GEM! She was so positive, patient, and incredibly helpful in reviewing my account and getting everything back on track. She even helped condense my appointments so I don’t have to come as frequently—such a game changer! I've had a great experience at this location. In particular with Ana. I always request her when I can. She is quick, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Which is great for someone like me doing hair removal on multiple body parts. I'm there for a while each time!

I've had 5 tattoo removal sessions and my experience has been stellar thus far. The clinic is clean, well maintained, and aesthetically pleasing; the team is friendly but professional (in particular Jordan and Nurse MC); and scheduling is always painless for me (even when I have to reschedule frequently). I would recommend.
