Great service, always! I have been a patient here for different reasons and for a few years now. Staff are super friendly and professional, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. They always make sure you understand everything about your visit and I couldn’t be happier to have them as my dermatologist.

Pros: nice receptionist, free parking, pretty good availability. Con: Dr Yousefi has a very brusque patient manner, barely greeted me before launching into a description of my issues (to her assistant) and barely spent 5 mins with me. She put aside my questions around diet, hygiene, etc, and simply said I was acne prone and need to be on medication (despite me explaining I want to avoid medication). I will not return.

I want to express my deep satisfaction with my dermatologist and the treatment process over the past six months. The care I’ve received has been excellent, and I truly appreciate her dedication and expertise in managing my condition. Unfortunately, my experience with the Arlington office staff has been disappointing. Each time I’ve needed to schedule an appointment, they’ve been unhelpful and at times rude. Even for urgent matters, I’ve been given appointments weeks out. On one occasion, I was told the next available appointment was nearly a month later, which forced me to schedule with the Vienna office instead. I hope this feedback can help improve the scheduling process and overall patient experience at the Arlington location, as the quality of care from the dermatologist deserves to be matched by a supportive and efficient office team.

I’ve been going to Dr. Yousefi’s practice in Arlington for years. They are always friendly, on time for appointments and very thorough in their work. Most importantly, they take time to troubleshoot any issues. I feel well cared for and am very happy with this practice.
