I first used Premier Dermatology services a couple years ago for a mole/beauty mark I've had ever since I can remember that had changed in color and texture, and I was concerned about malignant growth from that. I wanted to make sure to detect any potential cancer early. I came in and the PA that saw me (this was a few years ago, so I don't remember who!) listened to my concerns and advised me on the different things I could do. I have also come in for concerns regarding irritated piercings and most recently for my yearly skin cancer screening. Dr. Zahir was the provider for my piercing concern as well as for my annual skin cancer screening. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and gave me recommendations on how to approach my irritated piercing, and I was really happy with the service. He provided thorough screening for my annual skin cancer screening and also answered a lot of my questions with great detail. I really appreciated the thorough service because I have seen a couple dermatologists previously when I was traveling, and I felt they were not nearly as thorough as he was. I spend a lot of time outdoors and under the sun, so it's really imperative that the provider is very thorough in case there are questionable changes or growths! Prevention and early detection are key! They have 3 offices in the area: Ashburn, Purcellville and Winchester. I believe the providers rotate their time in a couple, or all 3, of the offices, so you may be able to see them in the different locations. They also used to not have providers available for Wednesday in the Ashburn location, but they have recently opened up a couple hours and I was able to visit during a day off on a Wednesday, very convenient! Overall, I'm very much satisfied with the services I've received and will continue to come back for future concerns or preventatives.

THE DOCTORS ARE AMAZING!! They actually prescribed medications for my daughter and myself and they were like magic drugs! One of the best dermis in the area! However, comes the worst part.. the front desk - Urghh 1. You can almost possibly never be able to reach them 2. They will not call you back 3. If they pick up your call, which ideally is 8.15 am, then they will so rude with no empathy whatsoever. I called to make an appointment saying my skin is oozing fluids and the response was, we have only this appointment- you are free to take it or not! I was shocked! If you get past these people, then you are golden!

Dr Amir Zahir is not just extremely polite.. but very knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff Don't desk staff may have changed since the bad reviews I read because they are all very polite

Had the most pleasant experience with Dr. Usman and Premier's staff. The receptionist even gave me lots of free samples. would recommend!

Front desk staff was rude, dude was wearing nail polish which was unprofessional. The lady working at the front desk acted like she was god and needed an attitude adjustment. The Doctors were great! Down side to this place is their surprise billing. I showed up for my last appointment and they hit me with a $800 bill that covered 4 months of treatment. Also, when calling their billing department you can’t understand the service rep because they are either off shore or English is not their language. Garbage experience with the administrative side of this place. I don’t not recommend!!!!
