It was a great experience. No long waits for service. Everyone was polite and efficient in their care. Place very clean. Great explanations related to things that needed to be done. Couldn't ask for better service. I'm glad that I chose them for care. Only drawback is receiving text messages regarding your appointment and when you answer says Noone is monitoring. Don't send me text messages just call to confirm my appointment and have office name with the call. I have caller ID and if your office name is not with number I won't answer. Otherwise I love the care I got.

We have been going to this practice for a few years now and have found them to be a perfect mix of friendly and professional. Kate give a thorough exam and is compassionate and proactive with her treatment plans. We are very happy with our choice of Ridgeview.

My experience with the staff at Ridgeview Dermatology was exceptional. The office staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had little to no wait time, and this was for my initial appointment. Ashley the nurse is very professional and efficient and has worked in Dermatology for many years. She listened to concerns, examined, took images, and notated. Kate, NP was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what my diagnosis was. I had to have a biopsy and the procedure was explained and completed quickly, with no pain. She gave me treatment options and a plan. I would recommend their services to others!!

The staff were very nice. My son’s Dermatologist was very knowledgeable and provided various treatment options. I also loved that she asked my opinion on his treatment instead of telling me what she was going to do. She also told me to call back if I needed any additional assistance. We were in and out within 30 mins. 5 star service!
