0/10 would not recommend. I also just seen another review where the practice belittled and dismissed (Anna Smith). Please understand that their response is a total reflection of the piss poor business that doesn’t care about patients. They literally said she wasn’t a patient and called her foolish! Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting! Here’s my experience and I’m definitely a patient there: 1. Stop requiring me an office visit if you don't have an update on a new treatment. It has already been determined two years ago what would assist in ceasing my condition and it's been deemed as "cosmetic" by your recommended dermatologist, and it cannot be performed due to my insurance not covering it. These six months office visit seem redundant and I feel as though you all are trying to only get money from myself and the insurance company. STOP THE MADNESS ALREADY! Absolutely INSANE that you all are requesting an appointment every six months to tell me the same information that I already know, as well as you. 2. You switched from Telehealth to this other trashy app without telling returning patients. I was 20 minutes late to my appointment due to proper notification on your end. Do better. Inform patients at least 24 hours in advance. You all called me literally 20 times to confirm my appointment and ask me whether I would taking this call in Virginia, yet didn't tell me how to be prepared. You all are not the only ones with a busy profession and important meetings. We also don't have time to waste. You wasted literally an hour of my time to tell me what I already knew (and you did too) and to ask me "is it working for you?" That could have taken five minutes. I'm really disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and just the greediness of your practice. I will be seeking another, more ethical practice. Yours is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my precious time.

My first time experience here was amazing with Dr. Monee Thomas. She is such a sweetheart and very informative of whatever issue you’re seeking clarity on. Doesn’t belittle or make you feel insecure , always very positive and finding a solution. Definitely coming back, go to Dr. Monee Thomas she is the best 😊😊.

My first ever chemical peel and Dr. Nwannunu is an absolute gem! She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions making me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process and after. I’ve never had a better experience at a doctor’s office and will be getting every treatment done with her from here on out! My skin is GLOWING!

I was able to get an appointment quickly through their convenient online scheduling system and was seen by Alexandra. She was very attentive and empathetic as it was related to a second opinion I needed and resolved the issue for good measure. The facility is also located conveniently with ample parking and is super clean.

I will like to give my honest opinion about my experience here - I think it is a great idea to share my experience and save anyone else from the horrible treatment I received here. There are positive and negative experiences to my visits. Pro: You get a next day appointment which is very helpful if you urgently need to see a dermatologist - Now let me explain the quality of the service I received. CONS: I have never felt so belittled and treated like I was begging to see a doctor ( Keep in mind that I am Paying for this service). Dr Crystal Nwannunu was very hostile to me and did not help with my condition or even act concerned to help me address my skin condition. For what its worth know that people come to a dermatologist to seek help for an issue that they have been battling for years. This doctor was very rude and in compassionate to my condition. I left there worse as the medications she prescribed to me did me no good. I left there worse than I came in. This lady has very poor communication skills. She shows no compassion to patients to help them get better. I feel I wasted my time and money and left there with more issues to tackle with my skin. I will not recommend this place. Spare yourself of this horrific treatment at this institution.
