I have the best experience with Kathy Macdonald. I was so nervous for my appointment, but she explained everything to me step-by-step, assuring and explaining everything. The results are WOW cannot believe I waited so long!!! My confidence skyrocketed!!! The wonderful ladies in the practice give me compliments, suggestions and helped me get the best price. Cannot recommend enough!!!

The office staff is unprofessional and disorganized in their communication with potential patients. Be advised that aesthetic treatment options are limited, and you will be dealing with a small team that lacks fundamental knowledge to support both inclusivity and affirming care, making for a less comprehensive experience. YIKES!

I had a wonderful experience with The Center for Plastic Surgery at Sentara Martha Jefferson. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and efficient (I rarely waited more than a couple minutes for my appointments), the nurses were always kind and capable, (I especially love Candy), the nurse practitioner has been there for many years and is an expert in her role, and Dr. Vastine did a phenomenal job with my surgery. They always sent me home with helpful information pre and post op. Every time I call they answer the phone and get me taken care of. It's so important to know you are in good hands, and you can reach out to experts any time, you get this with The Center for Plastic Surgery. I am very careful about my research and my decisions and I could not have been more pleased with my experience with the team at The Center for Plastic Surgery.

You can stop searching for the best injector in the Charlottesville area! I found her. Dr. Elizabeth Chance is one gifted injector, and I say that honestly. I work in the medical aesthetic industry, and I have seen my share of good and bad injectors. I am extremely particular when it comes to my face. She is the real deal. I will not go anywhere else. Best work I have seen in all of Virginia!
