Dr. Chastanet and her staff are amazing. I started going to her practice in July 2021and from day one my health was always first. The front desk staff members are very professional. One one the staff members, Mimi went above and beyond to help me with my prior authorization for mediation. She was on the phone with me, express scripts, and CVS multiple times to make sure I was taken care of. I was a bit worrisome :-), but she was calm and helped me.

Dr. Chastanet and her staff are excellent. She does not pack patients in but rather takes her time and has a step-by-step plan for weight loss with very regular visits for accountability. The front desk staff are terrific--very helpful and accommodating.

Excellent Doctor. Her weight loss knowledge and the program is exceptional. She spends so much time with you answering all your questions. Her staff does a wonderful job as well. They really care about their patients. For me, the weight is coming off and I love the simplicity of it.

Dr. Chastanet and her entire staff are wonderful! They are patient, kind and knowledgeable. I had a rough start due to some injuries I sustained while moving right after my first apt. I am looking forward to my healing journey and to a healthier me 🥰!

I decided in August to make an appointment with Chesapeake Weight Loss Clinic because I was over 60 years-old and I couldn’t lose the weight on my own. It hasn’t even been six months and I have lost over 57 lbs. I could not have done that with Dr. Rachel’s, Alina and Barb’s assistance. I eliminated the health crisis I was in due to being overweight. It was not easy. The staff is caring, supportive and concerned. I have changed my eating habits and I am now going to a gym on a regular basis. My coworker’s have noticed the difference and asked me how I did it. I referred them to the clinic. I have not reached my goal weight loss yet but I continue to make progress. I know once I have gotten to my maintenance weight I can continue getting support from them. They have food products that are low carb for sale. I have bought these products and they are tasty. Another great thing about the program is that it is covered by my medical insurance. Unlike other weight loss programs you are not required to buy their products. I encourage everyone to try their program if you want to lose weight and feel better. It is ultimately up to you to lose weight if you want to be healthy physically and psychologically. Their successful program is the way to accomplish that goal.
