This was my first time seeing a dermatologist & Dr Eliza Hester made the experience a great one! She was very thorough in educating me & discussing my treatment plan. Definitely a welcoming practice to start out with.

Dr. O’Connor is thorough, caring, and patient focused. I trust her completely to monitor my skin health and preventative care. My wife and I are very happy and fortunate to be under her care.

This practice is very bright, clean, and efficient. The staff is friendly, and check-in was speedy (especially having filled out pre-visit forms sent to my phone the day before). Ms. Hester soon came in and conducted a thorough skin screening, discussed her findings as she went, treated some lesions with liquid nitrogen, suggested a prescription topical product for further control of scalp lesions, and recommended 6 month follow-up. She asked for me to call with any questions or concerns. I was in and out iof the building in just 40 minutes without feeling at all rushed. Very appreciative to have this office so close by!

This was my first experience with this practice, was pleased with every step of my visit. I was greeted warmly by the front office staff and the assistant that worked with me was lovely as well. I saw Elizabeth Hester, she was great. She was knowledgeable, helped me with all of my concerns and was kind. Would recommend highly!

Very professional and thorough. Explains everything and answers all questions. Spends as much time as needed to answer questions without being rushed. I'm very pleased. Eliza has great bedside manners in my opinion.
