Ángela Athar and Kim are wonderful. They are kind and so supportive. I have been on a journey since the beginning of this year dealing with significant changes in my health. Angela has been so thorough and collaborative in determining the underlying cause, a care plan to improve my health and giving me hope that I will get better. I highly recommend this proffesional and caring team.

I deal with two chronic illnesses that require a lot of attention and could not have found a better doctor. The genuineness of his care is felt with each interaction and each need is addressed almost immediately. Dr. Whitehurst and his staff are amazing!!!

I see Angela Athar and Kim and both of them are truly some of the finest medical professionals I have ever worked with. Every time I see them, I feel incredibly seen and heard and I know that any issues I have will be thoroughly discussed and they will work towards finding a solution. They always make me feel so comfortable and it’s probably the best I have ever felt going to the doctor. The reception staff is also wonderful and very helpful. This is a great office!

I would recommend Wellspring to anyone looking for a doctor's office. I consistently have good experiences at Wellspring. I've been I see a nurse practitioner as my pcp there for over two years, and she is very communicative, even through the portal when I haven't seen her in a while. I generally don't have to wait very long at all, but of course things happen and on the rare occasion I might have to wait a little longer. I think that's happened maybe once since I've started seeing physicians there. I really like that they have specialists on staff. It makes it much easier if you need a referral to one. The office staff are polite and quick, and have been so on the phone as well.

The clinic’s approach is very “these are our philosophies of care” and our “practices” with very little focus on individual needs. I also feel that some of their ideas are rooted in antiquated and stereotypical views of disease and treatment. I definitely feel like I will need to find a more sympathetic, individualized practice.
