Susana did an absolutely gorgeous job with my balayage. I came in not totally sure how to communicate what I wanted and I was nervous because I’d had blonding services at other salons that I wasn’t happy with. Susana did a great job asking questions to get to the bottom of what I wanted and what I didn’t want. I’d also been told by previous stylists that the tone I wanted wasn’t possible with my hair because my hair just pulls warm, but Susana got exactly the color and tone I wanted and advised me on what products to use to maintain the color. Susana is a master at her craft and her services are well worth the cost. I feel like myself again and for me that’s priceless. Thank you Susana!

Went to the Fairfax salon to get my blow out for a holiday party. Got my hair done by Jessica . She is phenomenal I was late for my appointment because of all the traffic she still saw me. My hair was in knots and she took her time to brush it out patiently. She did a fantastic job with my blow out. I love how my hair looked when finished. I will definitely be back to see her.

It’s so easy to set up appointments at this hair salon. Everything is relaxed and on time, and Thao does such a great job on my hair! Not only that, she is warm, easy to talk to, and gives me great tips for taking care of my hair in between appointments. It’s always a good experience here.

I called yesterday at 3:30pm, and asked if there was anyone to give me a full highlight, because I dyed bad red color. My stylist was Susana. Not only did she stay after hours to do a full highlight, we had had a great conversation, and normally I don’t talk much to the stylist. We talked throughout the whole appointment. The highlights were perfect, she knew exactly which color to use to go with the red that looked so bad. I will definitely be going to her again, she gave me a great product for volume(she didn’t give it to me, I bought it). Everyone I interacted with was very professional, I had a wonderful experience.
