Scheduled with Dr Andrea Morris, she and her assistant Nicole were extremely nice. Dr Morris took her time with my concerns. Together we created a plan that should work best for my condition. Upon scheduling I was skeptical because I read a few bad reviews. Once I walked in I was so glad I scheduled with this office. The front desk staff was extremely polite with Big smiles on their face. The front desk rep Heidi I believe her name is, was extremely nice and respectful she sat on the far right corner once walking in. Would recommend this office after my first visit.

I visited them for a full check up, and I saw Emily Thai, PA in their office. She took very little time and ultimately did not catch something, which I brought to her attention. She indicated that it was of high concern. So she took a biopsy, and didn't follow up with me, leaving me to worry. I had to call the office to find out that there was no issue with it. The one thing she did see, she elevated it to pre cancerous, which I knew was not- it was the result of an apparatus rubbing my skin. When I stopped using that apparatus, the skin cleared up, as I suspencted. But she had given me advice that was clearly incorrect. She never gave conclusions, just indicated that everything was worrisome. My advice is to go to someone with experience and knows what they're talking about. I really wanted to see the doctor, but they really wanted me to see her instead. I'm sorry I took them up on it. My bill is $953 for services that were subpar. I won't be going back.

After having a few appointments with other dermatologists, we were not able to figure out what was going on with my mother and I was beginning to lose hope. Watching her apply cream after cream, with no improvement, was truly demoralizing, but after our appointment with Clinical Skin Center, Dr. Yun and her team exceeded my expectations. They were able to diagnose the issue and they were very communicative and professional on treatment.

Wow, the front staff are rude as heck. I mentioned something I did and they “told me” I didn’t do it! If I didn’t need to see Stashour, I would have left. I’ll update after my visit. Update: Dr Stashour is fantastic as are the PAs that assist with his procedures. I had them rated as 2 because of the front desk staff but increased it to 4 after my appt. They would have gotten a 5 if the front staff weren’t so rude.

I genuinely cannot say enough positive things about my experience with the entire team at this clinic. I came in with symptoms that I now understand to be somewhat rare and they handled my diagnosis calmly and professionally. I felt like I was getting the best treatment possible. Dr. Chloe E. Yun was overall fantastic, super communicative, and endlessly patient with my questions!
