Horrible experience! Had to wait 1:20 min in waiting room for my 1st appointment with this doctor. Then had to wait another 15min in the exam room before the doctor came in. Then she gave a quick apology and rushed though my appointment. She talked so fast, dictating to her assistant and was gone in a flash. In calling the office to reschedule my next appointment I was put on for 11 min and finally gave up. I called back and asked to talk to the office manager and got a lecture about how I should have used the internet and their website to cancel the appointment if I didn't want to wait. I will not be back.

Incredibly nice experience. Went for full body check. Felt doctor was thorough and great communicator. Staff was extremely professional snd nice. Seen right away. Highly recommend especially for doctor phobics like mr.

Doctor is great, but the front desk has horrible customer service. Twice I’ve booked through ZocDoc and showed up to learn that the time scheduled over a month in advance was not available. Yet, the kicker is that I called a week prior to confirm. Instead I’m told with a rude attitude that they tried calling and my voicemail was full. If you want to gamble with the poor customer service then go here.

I LOVE Dr. Satoskar. She has been my dermatologist for ten years and has completely solved my acne problems. She is such a warm person and an excellent dermatologist.
