Dr. Domanski is the absolute BEST! He is kind, patient, supportive and very detailed oriented. I had lipedema surgery on the back of my legs and my thighs on October 9th. He is a great surgeon and has excellent bedside manner. He is also surrounded by caring and professional staff! I highly recommend Dr. Domanski to anyone who wants the best surgeon out there! I would give him and his office staff an EXCELLENT RATING!

I visited Dr. Domanski for a treatment and was charged a substantial fee, only to experience significant complications. I attempted to contact the doctor for an entire week without any response, so I scheduled a follow-up appointment. When I finally saw him, he was unexpectedly cold and dismissive. I requested his advice on how to address the issues caused by his treatment, but instead of offering clear guidance, he provided vague options: one option was to wait a year in the hope that the situation would improve, and the other was a treatment that could either improve or worsen the situation. Despite asking multiple times, he refused to provide a recommendation or any clarity about the risks involved, which left me feeling incredibly confused and unsupported. As a patient, I found it unreasonable to make such a decision without expert advice. Eventually, he abruptly ended the conversation by stating his “standard procedure” in these cases was to offer a refund, but only if I signed a document absolving him of all liability. When the form was presented to me, it was evident that they were offering only a partial refund, which was shocking given the severity of the outcome. Moreover, this doctor is available only one day a week, making it nearly impossible to reach him or any other support if complications arise. His dismissive attitude and lack of compassion were deeply troubling, especially considering the nature of his work. It became clear why there were already numerous reviews commenting on his poor bedside manner. In my experience, a competent doctor should be there for their patients, especially when things don’t go as planned. This doctor showed no concern for my well-being and was more interested in protecting himself than helping resolve the issue he caused. There are many qualified and caring doctors in this area, and I deeply regret choosing this one. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking a doctor who truly cares about their patients’ outcomes.

Dr. Domanski was quick to help when my daughter had an emergent finger condition. He is a talented surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. Would recommend him highly.
