I sought treatment from Dr. Fongod with high hopes of addressing my skin concerns, investing thousands of dollars into prescribed products, including hydroquinone cream. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Despite my significant financial investment, my skin condition has not improved—in fact, it has worsened. The hydroquinone cream caused the development of light spots on my legs, which was an unexpected and concerning side effect. This has left me feeling not only frustrated but also deeply disheartened about the treatment I received. The lack of positive results after such a substantial investment in both time and money has been disheartening. I entered into treatment with the expectation of progress, but instead, I’m left dealing with new issues that seem to have been exacerbated by the prescribed treatments.

I’ve been going to Delight Aesthetics for a little over under a year now and this place is a 10/10 for hair removal, especially for women of color. Dr. Dee takes great care to make sure the laser she uses and products she recommends work well with black skin. I’ve struggled my entire life with facial hair and not only has the hair growth been reduced tremendously but I’ve also seen a reduction in skin issues due to ingrown hairs, leading to much clearer skin. If you’ve been thinking about making the plunge and booking an appointment, you should. I debated doing it for years after hearing of other people’s negative experiences with this process and I don’t regret it. Everyone in the office is also nice and courteous so it’s easy to book and manage appointments.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Fongod during my consultation appointment! I felt very comfortable and well taken care of in her office. She answered all of my questions and put together a plan for my laser treatments. Front desk staff was also so friendly and welcoming!

I came here based on the reviews and there's nothing delightful about Dr. Dee or her receptionist. The doctor was standoffish, cold and did nothing to make me feel comfortable and safe during my treatment. She didn't explain anything during my laser and seemed like she was in a rush. The receptionist is rude and told me the wrong information about how to prep for my treatment. Their office is also small and unattractive. They could use decorations to make the place warmer and comfortable.

I have been getting Brazilian laser treatments here and love the results. Dr. Dee is incredibly knowledgeable and have even told me about other conditions from just looking at me. Darker complexions have to be cautious when getting laser and I’ve never had any issues here. Highly recommend.
