The Doctor and the front desk are great. The billing department is horrible! They sent me a bill that needs to be fixed. I’ve been calling the billing department several times for weeks and they never respond. I even called within the working hours only to get a message saying they are gone for the day and to call back during working hours. I had my complaint escalated to the billing manager only to leave ANOTHER message. It’s been more than a month and still cannot get in contact with them. I really like this doctor but the billing department really makes it not worth going back.

Dr. Fuchs is great! He is very personable and great in detecting any dermatological issues which need to be addressed. Additionally, a very professional office staff. On every occasion of a visit, I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. Love that!

I am sure I am an outlier because I refuse to believe that what happened to me with Dr. Fuchs and his staff, is the norm. I had to cancel an appointment because a schedule conflict. I tried several times the day before the appointment, but did not get through to anyone. On the day of the appointment, I called first thing and was told there was a cancellation fee. When I explained I had tried to cancel, I was told it was ok and given another appointment. On the day of the re-scheduled appointment, I was told I did not have an appointment. And then I was directed to speak to the Office Manager. She said I had cancelled last minute and would have to pay $50 if I wanted to be seen that day. When I tried to explain what had happened, she interrupted me. She was beligerant and forceful. I was distraught. I was not there for this. I was there for a consultation with a dermatologist. She said I would have to speak to Dr. Fuchs, to which I said I did not understand what was happening, why she was being forceful and rude. I accepted. Sat there crying because I just moved to Falls Church and the whole move has been very stressful, my hair has been falling like there is no end to it. Dr. Fuchs comes out and says I can either talk to him or if I refuse to leave, he will call the cops. Now I really don't understand what is going on here. How did an appointment with a doctor become this nightmare? I said I had not refused to leave, on the contrary I had been asked to stay and speak to him. Our conversation did not go well and I left. Honestly, Dr. Fuchs was condescending all through it. I want to sincerely believe this was an isolated incident but I also hope Dr. Fuchs and his staff revise their handling of this situation. This was unpleasant and unnecessary. I was in tears all the time. Baffled. Distraught. 10 minutes in hell.

Dr Fuchs office has treated three generations of my family. Friendly staff, easy parking, on time/early and Dr. Fuchs has excellent bed side manner. I commute from Manassas to see Dr. Fuchs and trust me he is the man of dermatology:-).

I've been seeing Dr. Aaron Fuchs annually for about 4 years now to treat acne and hyperpigmentation. He is the best! He is so friendly, personable, asks how you feel in your skin. He stays up-to-date on medical developments in skincare. His staff also is so kind and sends any forms to fill out electronically before your appointment, as well as reminders for upcoming appointments. The office also gives you the option to meet "virtually" over FaceTime, and the pharmacy they recommend delivers any medications directly to your home. The whole process is smooth and easy!
