Kaiser Permanente Falls Church Medical Center

Don't get a Radiology appointment after 3.30 PM. TECHNICIAN, I think her name is Mulu, definitely wants to get home, so if you are late by 6 minutes - you're out of luck. The ladies at the main check-in desk were helpful, but they should not have to try and plead with the technician because Kaiser has the facility signs and information completely confusing. Kaiser, please just ask the members to check in at the main level on the kiosk. Plus, this is apparently not the first incident with Radiology past 3.30PM. Maybe look into that and extend/reduce hours accordingly? I'm sure everyone works hard, but this was insane for a medical facility.

I met Dr. Yee DO today and my experience was excellent! She was very kind, attentive and thorough, and I did not feel rushed through the appointment. I felt that she knew me well —even after this first visit! All of the staff were caring and thoughtful. I am so pleased with this experience today!

Wonderful professional doctors and nurses and staff at kaiser . Had an endoscooy yesterday was anxious , they made sure i was comfortable. Was quick and easy. I have been kaiser patient for long time , i wouldnt change it for any other health insurance company. Feels like family . My primary dr Tata is very good , also dr Mitchell kang my gastro is one of the best.they follow up with you to make sure you are good.

5 stars for Dr but I recently visited Dr.at the Falls Church Gastroenterology department. She was very kind and professional, and I appreciated her care. However, my experience with the scheduling staff, specifically a woman named Mechelle, was extremely disappointing. When I was referred to her to schedule my endoscopy, she was inattentive, looking at her phone while working. I tried to explain that I had a scheduling conflict on February 22 and needed to coordinate with my husband for childcare, especially because I have a special-needs child. Instead of listening or assisting me, she was dismissive and even started yelling at me. Her behavior was unprofessional, and I felt disrespected and unheard as a patient. I believe that healthcare staff should be patient, professional, and understanding, especially when dealing with important medical procedures. I kindly request that this matter be addressed so that other patients do not face similar treatment

I had my lab work done here at Falls Church. The lab tech Chloe was excellent. She was patient and thorough with making sure all the correct labs were taken due to my orders were from an outside provider. Thank you for all your help!
