I highly recommend Dr. Perman. I interviewed 3 doctors before deciding to go with him for my eye lid surgery. He thoroughly and patiently explained the procedure and answered all my questions. I did not feel any pressure. His office is one of the few where you actually feel like you matter to them. His assistant, Susan, is also so kind and patient. They make you feel like family. I wish I had not waiting so long to have this done.

Very professional, straight to the point, and efficient. I Had to have minor eye surgery and Dr. Perman’s staff worked me in as quickly as possible. I would strongly recommend Dr. Perman based on his experience and expertise. His assistant Mrs. Miller was amazing and was very polite and helpful through the entire process. Dr. Perman and his staff were great!!! I found him on google and was somewhat nervous about our initial visit, which was in early March, right before covid shut the world down. He was timely, professional, knowledgeable and kept it real with me about having eye cysts removed. I contacted the office again in November, ready to have the cysts removed. I was a little nervous because African Americans tend to keloid and it’s my face, but I decided to go ahead. Susan was great in answering my questions and arranging everything ,so I could have a smooth pre, intra and postoperative experience. My eyes look lovely without cysts on the sides. The ladies at the surgery center were also great. All in all, it was a great experience. Advice I got included: leave the cysts alone, only have an African American remove them and tie them off with a hair so they can fall off on their own. I’m glad I found Dr. Perman online, and he did a very nice job, despite not being African American. He knows skin well & it shows in my results. I would definitely recommend him over and over again!

Dr Perman is a very skilled plastic surgeon. His ability is highly specialized as an ophthalmic plastic surgeon. Dr Perman’s professional staff is also first rate. Highly recommend their medical practice. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to their office for my eyelid surgery.

Had emergency surgery 2 weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Despite my emergency, Dr. Perman and his staff quickly and efficiently arranged for surgery and attended to the messy details of insurance approvals and scheduling. I recommend him to anyone.
