Once again, walking into Ideal Image Richmond is like walking into a breath of fresh air! The staff is always courteous and goes above and beyond to make sure all your questions or concerns are addressed. I have never had issues with appointments or having to reschedule and they do their absolute best to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with the services you received. Today I saw my girl Casey French who is absolutely incredible. She did my laser hair removal for most of my body for the 4th time, and while it is not the most comfortable experience pain wise, it is always a satisfying and wonderful time with her. I highly recommend her. She is a perfectionist and follows her gut with how to do the procedures. She is always mindful of how you are feeling and does everything in her power to make you comfortable and relaxed. I will go to her for anything and everything as long as this location is open and would follow her beyond if needed! Truly from the bottom of my heart, thank you Rich, Casey, Amy, Kylie, Sarah, and all the other staff whose names I currently can't remember for being so sincere and making each experience better than the last! You all work hard and it does not go unnoticed. I leave feeling extra pampered and beautiful each time thanks to y'all!!

I love love love this location. The first person I went to was Sarah. I felt so comfortable and she listened to all of my concerns during my laser treatment. My second treatment was done by another technician who was just as nice and attentive. Everyone is so happy to assist you and I felt very comfortable here!

Richard was extremely knowledgeable and genuine during my consultation. Impressed with the clinical component to make sure there were no complications, as well as, a review in person before procedure. Amy, who is a nurse, was also amazing and made the experience as painless as possible. Great experience all the way around.

REALLY disappointed... Definitely put profit over your health, and trap you in contracts. Be VERY careful. My story: I am extremely disabled with lupus and a number of other extreme medical conditions (most of them autoimmune related) and trapped in an electric wheelchair. I had wanted to do hair removal for YEARS to help remove the hair in places where I get regular infections so that I (and my home aid) could keep me clean easier and prevent yeast rashes and the open wounds I end up with in those areas. However, after the first treatment... my hair was shocked white in the treatment area (which, white hair cannot be treated according to them). I had maybe about 1/8th white before, so removing the hair that was NOT white would have been a huge help... but now treatments will not work at all according to them. It also caused a MASSIVE lupus flare that made me so so so sick for a while now, and I still have not recovered (and this was maybe two months ago or so). I am still in bad enough a state its hard to speak, but at least I can move my fingers enough to type (with my hands held up by the keyboard since I am not able to hold them up myself). I left a voicemail asking what to do... no response. After a week or two, I called back and talked to a receptionist who said someone would contact me... nobody did. I finally emailed a manager, Richard Gregory, and his response was that they would not refund any of the rest of the work that was supposed to be done will only give me credit towards there services (none of which I can use). My response to that was that I will just go through with it even though I am fully aware it will make me sick and could even possibly kill me since it DOES cause my body to attack itself... not just feeling sick, but doing actual serious damage to my internal organs as my immune system attacks my muscles, heart, kidneys, liver, and other organs that I have had severe issues with my Lupus doing damage already. His response back, was that to continue (with the contract they are FORCING me to stick to)... I have to get a doctors note giving clearance. Again... forcing me to pay for the everything without having to even do the services and entirely at the expense of a disabled individual who has NO income and very limited means who was doing this to TRY and improve my health as much as I could by reducing infections. If this is not taking advantage of someone... I don't know what is.

I just had my first Botox treatment ever with Emily who was fantastic! Super sweet and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience relaxed and stress free. I can tell she cares about her craft and makes sure you get the best treatment possible! Will definitely be coming back to see her in the near future!
