Most reviews for this clinic and these doctors are from long-time patients. It was necessary for me and my husband to visit this clinic the day after Thanksgiving, while visiting relatives in Great Falls (from Texas). We both saw Dr. Ali and I have to say that our visit was in the top 3 of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Ali is the kind of doctor we all look for and rarely find. He is attentive, decisive, and an outstanding diagnostician. Above all, he is kind! I often feel ignored and overlooked during doctor visits. Not so with Dr. Ali. He actually listens and uses your input. He knew just what was wrong with us and what to do about it. I am so grateful we ended up in his care and more than a little jealous of you lucky people in Great Falls who get to have this man as your primary care physician! AND…he actually followed up with a phone call while we were traveling home to see how we were and to remind us to be sure to see our own physician upon returning home. This is unheard of behavior for a physician and appreciated by patients more than I can convey with mere words!! This clinic is a rare gem that you folks in No VA are fortunate to have!
