This practice was a referral from another dentist but the process of registering as a patient was so invasive and insensitive to my time, my privacy, and to questions of gender identity that I canceled the appointment. The registration process made it very clear that this practice considers my insurance company to be their customer instead of me. The questions on the form aren’t about preferred pronouns to respect identify, but actual invasive questions like your gender at birth. It wanted to know if I was divorced or separated. And I was expected to retype my address, employer, phone number, drivers license # (what?!?) multiple times. By the end of the registration form I felt like I already worked there part time. I have to share my experience with Dr Agnihorti and actually the entire staff, I was in a great deal of pain when I first went to Dr Agnihorti and he examined me and told me what he thought needed to be done we had a plan set in place he was able to take out a horribly impacted wisdom tooth and my dentist said that the new crown that the dentist had put in would not be able to be saved but Dr Agnihorti was able to leave the tooth with the new crown, and I have been back twice for follow ups and I am very thankful to say everything is healing nicely and the pain is gone. Two of the staff there really touched our hearts they are Barbara and Gina but as I said the entire office is excellent. I will close with this I hope you are never in need of an oral surgeon but if you do I don't think you could possibly be in better hands 👍

This is the best medical office I have ever been to. Everyone from the secretary to the surgeon is incredible. I had lower jaw surgery and a genioplasty on 11/1/2023. Everyone understood my anxiety and answered any question I had. No concern of mine or pain I feel is ever dismissed. Dr. Agnihotri’s bedside manner, passion, and skill cannot be beat. You won’t find a better surgeon to get the job done. As busy as he may be, he still makes you feel like a top priority the moment he walks into the room. Most of us know that finding a decent doctor can be a nightmare.. so I have to let everyone know that Agnihotri is an absolute gem. I am forever grateful for his kindness and his work. I’ve never had to worry about anything throughout this journey; I’ve received so much support from the most compassionate assistants as well. They definitely hold a special place in my heart! I cannot thank them enough.

Dr. Agnihotri is fantastic! He was so nice and explained the process in great detail both during the consultation and procedure. Barbara was also so sweet and made me feel at ease from beginning to end. Very pleased and highly recommend!
