I made An online appointment and received an email saying they would review my request and confirm. They did not so I called 3 days prior. No one answers the phone. The voicemail was full. I emailed. No reply. I finally reached them by phone and they confirmed the time. I arrived and the door was locked. When I called I got A text that Ruby was running late. Then that she wasn’t coming and had to reschedule. Then I’ll call you right back and they never did. The place looks sketchy. It’s a sketchy looking dentist office with a hand drawn sign added for them. I have concerns whether it’s a legitimate business. If so it’s poorly run and I would not let them touch my face.

I’ve been going to Ruby for laser hair removal about 2 years now (treatment and maintenance) and she is the best in the DMV region for it. She is quick at it, makes sure she is getting all of the area treated, and works with you over time to get the results you want. I’ve learned through experience you get what you pay for, and while ESC is competitively priced, more important to me is that she KNOWS WHAT SHE’S DOING with the laser! So many don’t have a clue, or have so little training at this. Ruby is a pro. 👍🏽👍🏽

My results have been amazing! I purchased the package for laser hair and from the first appointment I have seen a significant reduction. I have done laser at other clinics and their results have been disappointing. I also do hydrofacials here and my skin has never looked better. I recieve many compliments. I have had hormonal acne all my life and Ruby has cleared my skin within a few sessions. The office is neat and clean and the staff is professional and very accomodating.
