Waited 3 months for an appointment, only to be told at the last minute they can't do any procedures on the first visit - it's only an evaluation. So I have to pay for that, wait another 3 months to get in to have done what I wanted to the first place? That's a money grab and I'm certainly not waiting months. The scheduling service is outsourced and not connected to the office - they are more interested in your insurance than scheduling. Can't believe I waited this long to be told it's a 2 step process.

The care received from the provider was perfectly fine, the office is absolutely awful. You cannot reach the office directly to schedule or cancel appointments, you get routed to a main number where you sit on hold to talk to someone then they route you to the local number where you always get voicemail. I left two voicemails on two different days to get my son a Dr.'s note for school after a procedure, neither of them were returned. They called several days later to give me the biopsy results and never acknowledged my other messages so I had to make the request again. We were new patients and will not be back.

Kind, easy going staff that took time to hear all my concerns. Same day mole removal- which was great because I assumed my initial appointment would be a consultation! Quick and painless procedure.

It was a great experience, the staff was super friendly. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and promptly checked in. However my appointment was at 9:00 and I wasn't seen until almost 10:00 (they almost lost a star, but I believe in grace). I am glad I didn't have to go back to work before 11:00 or I would have had to reschedule. My doctor was great, she listened to me and promptly diagnosed my condition. The nursing staff was also nice. I am hoping the timing thing was a fluke, as that sometimes happens. Otherwise it was a great experience and I will be going back.

Sara J. Was running behind her schedule. So I understand trying to see everyone. She was very impersonal, which is fine. But no explanation of aftercare after zapping a few places. Alittle diagnosis and care info would have really helped. My husband expressed he had the same concern , after his appointment.
